An electronic control system (20) for an electropneumatic brake for a rail vehicle having a power trainline (18), comprising a battery (34); a functional control module (30) and a power management module; wherein the functional control module (30) includes a brake controller for the electropneumatic brake, an interface to the power trainline, a transceiver for receiving brake signals, a power supply circuit deriving a power supply from the power trainline (18), and a control management controller for the transceiver and the power supply circuit; and wherein the power management module includes a battery charging circuit connected to the power supply and a power controller for the battery charging circuit and the power supply circuit.

L'invention se rapporte à un système de commande électronique (20) pour frein électro-pneumatique de véhicules ferroviaires doté d'une conduite générale d'alimentation (18). Ce système comprend une batterie (34); un module de commande fonctionnel (30) et un module de gestion de l'alimentation; ledit module de commande fonctionnelle (30) comporte un régulateur de frein conçu pour le frein électro-pneumatique, une interface avec la conduite générale d'alimentation, un émetteur-récepteur conçu pour recevoir les signaux des freins, un circuit d'alimentation tirant son énergie de la conduite générale d'alimentation (18), et un contrôleur de gestion de la commande conçu pour l'émetteur-récepteur et le circuit d'alimentation. Ledit module de gestion de l'alimentation comprend un circuit de charge de la batterie relié à l'alimentation et un régulateur d'énergie associé au circuit de charge de la batterie et au circuit d'alimentation.
