A hose (1) of a flexible plastic material is designed so as to be reformed into a web (2) with mutually sequential packaging blanks (26) separated by transverse slits (27). The hose has a region (15) oriented in the longitudinal direction of the hose which is cut on the formation of the web (2). At least one longitudinal thickening (14) is included in the region. A device for reforming the hose (1) into the web (2) has retainer devices (33a, 33b) provided with a channel. The channel is provided with a gap whose width exceeds the thickness of two adjacent hose walls (11a, 11b). A slitting device is located in the channel. Means (37, 39) are provided for forming the transverse and longitudinal slits (27, 29) and also transverse connecting zones between the walls (11a, 11b) of the hose on either side of each transverse slit (27). When the hose (1) is displaced in the channel, the hose is cut by the slitting device, and also the longitudinal slits (29) and the transverse slits (27) are formed by the cutting means (37, 39). The means (39) weld together the walls (11a, 11b) of the hose on either side of each slit (27).
L'invention concerne un tuyau flexible (1) en matière plastique flexible, conçu de façon à être refaçonné en une bande continue (2) comportant des flans d'emballage (26) mutuellement séquentiels séparés par des fentes transversales (27). Le tuyau flexible présente une zone (15) orientée dans son sens longitudinal, qui est coupée lors de la formation de la bande (2). Au moins une épaisseur longitudinale (14) est comprise dans cette zone. Un dispositif destiné à refaçonner le tuyau flexible (1) en une bande continue (2) possède des éléments de retenue (33a, 33b) pourvus d'un canal. Ce canal comporte un intervalle dont la largeur est supérieure à celle de deux parois adjacentes (11a, 11b) du tuyau flexible. Un dispositif de coupe est placé dans le canal. Des moyens (37, 39) permettent de réaliser les fentes transversales et longitudinales (27, 29), ainsi que des zones de liaison transversales entre les parois (11a, 11b) du tuyau flexible de chaque côté de chaque fente transversale (27). Lorsque le tuyau flexible (1) est déplacé dans le canal, il est coupé par le dispositif de coupe, et les fentes longitudinales (29) et les fentes transversales (27) sont réalisées par les moyens de coupe (37, 39). Le moyen (39) assemble les parois (11a, 11b) du tuyau flexible par soudage de chaque côté de chacune des fentes (27).
