Plastification unit for an injection unit of an injection-moulding machine with a heated cylinder (1), at the front end of which a cylinder head (2) with a nozzle (3) has been secured, mounted in a housing (6), which has connection to an injection cylinder (5) and to a non-return valve (13), which inhibits the reverse flow of the plastic during injection, characterized in that in the central bore of the cylinder (1) an axially displaceable torpedo plunger (4) has been arranged which is composed of a shaft (4a) and of a combination of shear components (4b) and mixer components (4c) and which is surrounded by a stream of plastic that melted and homogenized in the process, where two feed plungers (7) operating in opposite directions have been arranged in bores laterally alongside the central bore and bring about conveying of the plastic through the feed channels (8), through the feed-channel valves (9), and through the feed grooves (11) in the shaft (4a) of the torpedo plunger (4).

Unité de plastification pour une unité d'injection d'une machine à mouler par injection, comprenant un cylindre chauffé (1), à l'extrémité avant duquel est fixée une culasse (2) avec une buse (3), logé dans un bâti (6) relié à un cylindre d'injection (5), et un clapet de retenue (13) qui empêche le retour de la matière plastique lors de l'injection. L'unité de plastification est caractérisée en ce qu'un piston à torpille (4) coulissant dans le sens axial est disposé dans le perçage central du cylindre (1). Ce piston, composé d'une tige (4a) ainsi que d'une combinaison d'éléments de cisaillement (4b) et d'éléments mixtes (4c), est contourné par la matière plastique, qui est alors fondue et homogénéisée. Deux pistons de remplissage opposés (7) sont disposés latéralement à côté du perçage central dans des perçages de façon à permettre le transport de la matière plastique à travers les canaux de remplissage (8), les clapets des canaux de remplissage (9) et la rainure de remplissage (11) située dans la tige (4a) du piston à torpille (4).
