Hydraulic control device (1) for controlling a water discharge mechanism (2), said hydraulic control device comprising a control unit (4) with one or more pushers, characterized in that it comprises: a drive unit (5) which can be secured to the control unit, at least one three-way hydraulic valve (6) supplied by a water distribution network and controlled by the drive unit (5), and at least one single-action hydraulic actuator (3) supplied by way of the valve and initiating said water discharge mechanism by lifting a closure valve (56) or a plug.
