An impact force measuring apparatus for users engaged in physical contact sports, comprises impact receiving means and electrical circuit for processing and displaying results of impact delivered by user's hand/foot. Impact receiving means include impact receiving section and piezoelectric sensor, which generates pulse electrical signals that vary in amplitude according to the force of impact. Electrical circuit provides peak level signal measurements and displaying these values. These data enable the user to test and improve own performance.
