-14- The present invention relates to a lawn protecting method for preventing a lawn from being barren by stamping pressure, particularly relates to a lawn protecting method in golf courses, tennis courts, sports stadiums such as soccer fields and an elastic body for lawn protection used therefor. The present invention is a lawn protecting method comprising dispersing fragmental elastic bodies of not less than 0.0003 cm3 and not more than 5 cm3 in volume on a lawn or previously sowed soil, and cultivating turf. Moreover, an elastic body for lawn protection according to the present invention consists of rubber, synthetic resin or their sponge, its cross section is circular, oval, annular, spherical, polygonal and their amorphous shape, and its volume is 0.0003-5 cm3.

La présente invention a trait à une méthode de protection du gazon visant à empêcher celui-ci de devenir stérile à cause du piétinement. L'invention porte en particulier sur une méthode visant à protéger le gazon sur des terrains de golf et de tennis et dans les stades, notamment les terrains de soccer, ainsi que sur un matériau élastique servant à protéger le gazon. La présente invention consiste en une méthode de protection du gazon comportant les étapes suivantes : disperser des fragments de ce matériau élastique dont le volume est d'au moins 0,0003 cm3 et d'au plus 5 cm3 sur le gazon ou sur un sol déjà ensemencé et cultiver le sol. Les fragments de ce matériau élastique présentent une section transversale circulaire, ovale, annulaire, sphérique, polygonale ou sont amorphes, et leur volume est de 0,0003 à 5 cm3.
