Process for coating metal substrates with an adhesive primer and a polyamide-based and/or polyetheresteramide-based surface coating, characterized by the fact that it comprises the following steps: (a) use of a powder application technique to coat the substrate with one or more coats of powdered adhesive primer, the formulation of which is based on thermosetting resins; (b) heating of the substrate thus coated and immediately afterwards: (c) application by dipping in a fluidized bed of the polyamide-based and/or polyetheresteramide-based powdered surface coating. The invention also applies to other powder compounds that may be used as adhesive primers, as well as composite materials: metal substrates/adhesive primer/surface coating. This invention refers to the dip coating of metal substrates.
Procédé pour revêtir des substrats métalliques à l'aide d'un primaire d'adhérence et d'un revêtement superficiel à base de polyamide et/ou de polyétheresteramide, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes: a) enduction du substrat avec une ou plusieurs couches de primaire d'adhérence en poudre à base de résines thermodurcissables selon une technique d'application en poudre, b) chauffage du substrat ainsi revêtu et immédiatement après: c) application par trempage en lit fluidisé du revêtement superficiel en poudre à base de polyamide et/ou de polyétheresteramide. L'invention a également pour objet des compositions en poudre utilisables en tant que primaire d'adhérence, ainsi que les matériaux composites: substrats métalliques/primaire d'adhérence/revêtement superficiel. La présente invention se situe dans le domaine des revêtements de substrats métalliques appliqués par trempage.
