A method of stimulating the hair follicles of a skin area by radiation of light. The method comprises the following steps: a. arranging a number of sources of light in a way so as to expose a portion of the aformentioned area of skin to a field of light in the shape of a band, and b. moving of the band shaped field of light repeatedly over the area of skin to be treated in order to create a pulsating stimulation of the hair follicles of the aforementioned skin area. The invention also relates to a device useable when carrying out the method.

L'invention concerne un procédé de stimulation des follicules capillaires d'une zone cutanée par rayonnement lumineux. Ledit procédé consiste a) à disposer une pluralité de sources lumineuses de manière à exposer une partie de ladite zone cutanée à un champ lumineux se présentant sous la forme d'une bande, et b) à déplacer le champ lumineux en forme de bande de façon répétitive sur la zone cutanée à traiter de manière à créer une stimulation pulsatile des follicules capillaires de ladite zone capillaire. L'invention concerne également un dispositif destiné à la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'invention.
