ABSTRACT A dough twisting machine is provided having a simple structure comprising a curved endless conveyor, a fan-shaped plate located above and spaced apart from the curved endless conveyor, a supporting member for supporting the fan-shaped plate, and a frame for supporting the supporting member and the endless curved conveyor. Dough pieces are conveyed into the clearance between the curved endless conveyor and the fan-shaped plate and are uniformly twisted from end to end while they pass through the clearance.
