A die cushion device of a pressing machine, wherein a controller controls the opening of a proportional flow control valve to a proper opening to control a flow flowing out from the lower chamber of a hydraulic cylinder supporting a cushion pad before a slide collides with the cushion pad by using a die cushion pressure instruction instructed from an instruction device beforehand and a slide speed signal inputted from a slide speed detector. Thus, the occurrence of a surge pressure produced when the slide collides with the cushion pad at a high speed can be suppressed.
L~invention concerne un dispositif à coussinet de matrice d~une presse dans lequel un module de commande commande l~ouverture d~un régulateur proportionnel de débit pour l~amener à un niveau correct de façon à réguler un débit sortant de la chambre inférieure d~un cylindre hydraulique soutenant un coussinet avant la collision d~un coulisseau avec le coussinet, grâce à une instruction préalable quant à la pression sur le coussinet issue d~un dispositif générant des instructions et à un signal de vitesse de coulisseau issu d~un détecteur de vitesse de coulisseau. L~invention permet donc d~éviter les à-coups de pression lors de la collision à grande vitesse du coulisseau avec le coussinet.
