The invention relates to a method for digitally franking postal articles during which a digital postage paid impression is generated by a computer means and applied to a postal article. Postal article-specific data (50) for one or more postal articles (30) to be created are generated in a first computer means (10) at a customer, and the access to a remote second computer means (20) at a service provider is granted. Postal article-specific data for one or more postal articles are transmitted to the second computer means (20). The postal article-specific data are processed in the second computer means (20), and data for a digital postage paid impression (40) are generated for each postal article. Afterwards, processing data are transmitted to a accounting component (70), and a deduction of the franking is carried out at the customer. The postal-article specific data are transmitted with a digital postage paid impression (40) for each postal article to be created to the first computer means (10), and the data are recorded in the first computer means (10). The postal article-specific data (51) are then sent to a processing, and the data are printed for each respective postal article, whereupon the printed postal articles are placed in envelopes in the processing means (60).
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'affranchissement d'envois postaux selon lequel une marque d'affranchissement numérique est produite par un système informatique et est appliquée sur un envoi postal. Des données spécifiques à l'envoi (50) pour un ou plusieurs envois postaux à produire (30) sont produites dans un premier système informatique (10) chez un client et l'accès à un second système informatique éloigné (20) est libéré chez un fournisseur de services. Les données spécifiques à l'envoi pour un ou plusieurs envois postaux sont alors transmises au second système informatique (20). Les données spécifiques à l'envoi sont traitées dans le second système informatique (20) et des données pour une marque d'affranchissement numérique (40) sont produites pour chaque envoi postal. Des données de traitement sont également transmises à un composant de décompte (70) et le décompte de la prestation d'affranchissement est effectué chez le client. Les données spécifiques à l'envoi sont transmises au premier système informatique (10) avec une marque d'affranchissement numérique (40) pour chaque envoi postal à envoyer et les données sont collectées dans le premier système informatique (10). Ensuite, les données spécifiques à l'envoi (51) sont envoyées à un système de traitement, une impression des données est respectivement réalisée pour chaque envoi postal et les envois postaux imprimés sont mis sous enveloppe dans le système de traitement (60).
