Resin compositions are provided which are used in combination with fibers to form self-adhesive prepreg sheets (17, 19) that are applied to core materials (12) to form sandwich panels (10). The prepreg resin includes a thermoset resin, a curing agent and a viscosity control agent. The prepreg resin further includes certain thermoplastic particles which are used to conrol the flow characteristics of the prepreg resin and the formation of fillets during bonding of the prepreg to the core materials.

L'invention concerne des compositions de résine combinées à des fibres afin de constituer des plaques de préimprégné auto-adhésif (17, 19) appliquées à des matériaux d'âme (12), de façon à constituer des panneaux sandwich (10). Ce préimprégné contient une résine thermodurcissante, un agent durcissant et un agent de régulation de viscosité. Ce préimprégné contient, de plus, certaines particules thermoplastiques servant à réguler les caractéristiques d'écoulement du préimprégné et à contrôler la formation de congés pendant le collage du préimprégné aux matériaux d'âme.
