A self-calibrating, self-teaching, self-diagnostic Micro-controller managed Pressure Monitored Flow Management and Flow Control System to detect and prevent leaks and burst on Hot Water Tanks and other alike fluid-intake utilities. The System includes a Processing Control unit that consists of a micro-controller, receiving signals from pressure & temperature transducer systems; and from an ambient temperature recording system; and from moisture-sensing devices; and/or from smoke recording devices, and/or from gas recording devices. The micro-controller using signals from devices mentioned above, determines upstream and downstream pressures and temperatures, floor moisture levels, temperature gradients and will supply water by opening valves to and from the Hot Water Tank and other alike fluid-intake utilities when all conditions are operationally sound to supply water. The system will shut flow to the Hot Water Tank and alike utilities in the event of a leak of burst or in the event of a extreme temperatures, create visual and audible signals and send a signal to an installed alarm system.
