The invention relates to a two-step method for dehydrating biological tissues for producing preserved transplants. In a first step, the tissue is partially dehydrated with an organic, water- miscible solvent. In a second step, the tissue is dehydrated further by freeze drying.

L'invention concerne un procédé de déshydratation en deux temps de tissus biologiques destiné à la production de conserves de greffons. Dans un premier temps, le tissu est partiellement déshydraté par un solvant organique miscible à l'eau. Dans un deuxième temps, le tissu est davantage déshydraté par cryodessication.
