Pedestrian crossing with presence detector and warning, characterised in that it constitutes an independent and transportable constructive element, easy to assemble and dismantle, with low maintenance cost, equipped with presence detectors, warning devices, power supply system, accumulators and electronic devices (circuitry, etc.), which detects pedestrians, vehicles, or both, in a crossing zone, and alerts both drivers and pedestrians themselves, of their respective presence on said crossing, or in the proximity thereto, and provides greater road safety, reduces the risk of accidents for pedestrians due to inclement weather, reduces acoustic contamination and gives greater versatility to the use of public roads; also has uses in fixed pedestrian crossings in the form of total or partial introduction of the different elements constituting the invention or in the form, for example, of total or partial shelters for fixed crossings incorporating said elements.

L'invention concerne un passage pour piétons pourvu d'un détecteur et d'un dispositif d'avertissement de présence, se caractérisant en ce qu'il constitue un élément structurel indépendant et transportable, facile à monter et à démonter, et dont le coût de maintenance est peu élevé. Ledit passage est pourvu de détecteurs de présence, de dispositifs d'avertissement, d'un système d'alimentation, d'accumulateurs et de dispositifs électroniques (circuits, etc.) permettant la détection de piétons, de véhicules, ou des deux, dans une zone de passage, et l'avertissement des conducteurs ainsi que des piétons de leur présence respective dans ledit passage ou à proximité de celui-ci. L'invention garantit une plus grande sécurité routière, réduit le risque pour les piétons d'accidents causés par des intempéries, réduit la pollution sonore et permet une plus grande souplesse d'utilisation des voies publiques. L'invention s'applique également à des passages piétons fixes par introduction totale ou partielle des différents éléments constituant l'invention ou par utilisation, par exemple, de revêtements recouvrant entièrement ou partiellement le passage fixe et qui incorporent lesdits éléments.
