The invention comprises an enantioselective method of preparing a compound of formula (IV): (a) asymmetric epoxidation of a compound of formula (I) wherein R1 and m are as defined above, with an oxidising agent in the presence of an optically active compound, to give an optically acitve epoxide wherein R1 and m are as defined above, followed by (b) reaction of the optically active epoxide with a phenol derivative in the presence of a base; wherein the method is carried out without isolation of the optically active epoxide.

L'invention concerne un procédé énantiosélectif permettant de préparer un composé de formule (IV) comprenant les étapes suivantes : (a) époxydation asymétrique d'un composé de formule (I), dans laquelle R?1¿ et m sont spécifiés dans la description, au moyen d'un agent d'oxydation en présence d'un composé actif de manière optique, ceci permettant de créer un époxyde actif de manière optique, R?1¿ et m étant spécifiés dans la description ; puis (b) mise en réaction dudit époxyde avec un dérivé de phénol en présence d'une base. Ledit procédé est effectué sans que l'isolement de l'époxyde actif de manière optique soit nécessaire.
