A method for using a workflow server to provide targeted advertisements recommended by users of workflow software includes: receiving, at a server from a user completing a workflow, information corresponding to a step in the workflow and an advertiser, the advertiser recommended by the user in connection with the step in the workflow; identifying, by the server, an advertisement corresponding to the recommended advertiser; and transmitting, from the server to a second client, a markup language page corresponding to the step in the workflow, the markup language page including the identified advertisement. Methods for displaying targeted advertisements to users of workflow software are based on information corresponding to the workflow, the related industry, and the user of the workflow software. Corresponding systems are also described.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'utilisation d'un serveur de flux des travaux en vue de produire des publicités ciblées recommandées par des utilisateurs de logiciel de flux des travaux consistant: à recevoir, sur un serveur d'un utilisateur achevant un flux des travaux, des informations correspondants à une étape dans le flux des travaux et un publicitaire, ce publicitaire étant recommandé par l'utilisateur en liaison avec l'étape du flux des travaux; à identifier, par le serveur, une publicité correspondant au publicitaire recommandé; et à transmettre, du serveur vers un second client, une page de langage de balisage correspondant à l'étape de flux des travaux, cette page de langage de balisage contenant la publicité identifiée. L'invention concerne également des procédés d'affichage de publicités ciblées à des utilisateurs de logiciel de flux des travaux basés sur des informations correspondants au flux des travaux, à l'industrie connexe, et à l'utilisateur du logiciel de flux des travaux. Elle concerne enfin des systèmes correspondants.
