A system for transferring products (P) from an area for storing a stock of goods to an area where the products (P) have to be delivered, where the system includes a transport unit (8) for conveying the products (P), where the transport unit (8) moves along a track system and comprises a propulsion unit, a product holder (3) for locating at least one product (P 1), an energy storage unit(s) (7) for storing energy for driving the propulsion unit and a control unit for controlling the propulsion unit, a track system along which the transport unit is moved, where the transport unit conveys the products between the various units, a charging unit for charging the transport unit's energy storage unit(s) (7), a storage unit (50,70) for storing products (P), together with a product collector (60), which receives a product (P 1) from the storage unit (50,70) and also makes the product (P l) accessible, thus enabling it to be transferred to the transport unit's product holder (3), a product rotator (42) where the product is oriented in such a manner that the product's identifying features or label are displayed in a desired position during transport in the track system and/or on delivery, or the product may be rejected if it is of inferior quality or of the wrong type, a transfer unit (80) with an entry portion (83) and delivery portion (81), where the product (P 1) is delivered and fed to a delivery area for collection, for example, by a customer, where there is a difference in level between the transfer unit's entry portion (83) and delivery portion (81), and a central control unit for transmitting and receiving signals to/from the different units in the system.
La présente invention concerne un système pour transférer des produits (P) d'une zone de stockage réservée à un stock de marchandises, vers une zone où les produits (P) doivent être distribués. Ledit système comprend: une unité de transport (8) destinée à l'acheminement des produits (P), l'unité de transport (8) se déplaçant le long d'un système de voies et comprenant une unité de propulsion; un dispositif de prise en charge de produits (3) destiné à prendre en charge au moins un produit (P1); une/des unité(s) de stockage d'énergie (7) destinée(s) à emmagasiner de l'énergie qui sert à entraîner l'unité de propulsion et une unité de commande destinée à commander l'unité de propulsion; un système de voies le long duquel l'unité de transport se déplace, l'unité de transport transportant les produits entre les différentes unités; une unité de chargement destinée à charger l'unité/les unités de stockage d'énergie (7) de l'unité de transport; une unité de stockage (50, 70) destinée à stocker les produits (P), avec un collecteur de produits (60) qui reçoit un produit (P1) de l'unité de stockage (50, 70) et rend le produit (P1) accessible, ce qui lui permet d'être transféré vers le dispositif de prise en charge de produits (3) de l'unité de transport; un dispositif de mise en rotation de produits (42) grâce auquel le produit est orienté de sorte que les caractéristiques d'identification du produit ou l'étiquette sont affichées dans une position désirée au cours du transport dans le système de voies et/ou au cours de la distribution, le produit pouvant être rejeté s'il s'avère qu'il est de qualité inférieure ou de la mauvaise catégorie; une unité de transfert (80) dotée d'une partie d'entrée (83) et d'une partie de distribution (81), le produit (P1) étant distribué et alimentant une zone de distribution pour être délivré, par exemple, à un client, une différence de niveau existant entre la partie d'entrée (83) de l'unité de transfert et la partie de distribution (81); et une unité centrale de commande destinée à émettre des signaux vers les différentes unités du système, et à en recevoir de celles-ci.
