The invention relates to novel pyrazol pyridine derivatives of formula (I), wherein R1 signifies a radical of formula -O-SO2-R3, R3 represents a radical from the group consisting of optionally substituted C1-6-alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8-cycloalkyl, or optionally substituted phenyl, R2 represents H or optionally substituted C1-6-alkyl-SO2-; in addition to the salts, isomers and hydrates thereof, as stimulators of soluble guanylate cyclase, and to the use thereof as agents for treating cardio-vascular diseases, hypertonia, thromboembolic diseases and ischaemia, sexual dysfunction or inflammations and for treating diseases of the central nervous system
L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés pyrazolopyridine de la formule (I) dans laquelle R?1¿ est un reste -O-SO¿2?-R?3¿, R?3¿ étant un reste du groupe constitué de C¿1-6?-alkyle éventuellement substitué, de C¿3-8?-cycloalkyle éventuellement substitué ou de phényle éventuellement substitué ; R?2¿ est H ou C¿1-6-?alkyle-SO¿2?- éventuellement substitué ; ainsi que des sels, des isomères, et des hydrates desdits dérivés. Les composés selon l'invention servent de stimulateurs de la guanylate cyclase soluble et d'agents de traitement de maladies cardiovasculaires, de l'hypertonie, de maladies thromboemboliques et d'ischémies, de dysfonctionnements sexuels ou d'inflammations, ainsi que de maladies du système nerveux central.
