The invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation that can be administered orally for treating fish, in particular for the oral vaccination of salmon. Said preparation contains (1) at least one pharmacological active ingredient, in particular a vaccine active ingredient, (2) at least one basic additive component, and (3) at least one cold-extruded, matrix-forming carrier component, the preparation being formulated in such a way that it disintegrates at least partially and preferably completely in an acidic environment, in particular in the stomach of the fish. The novel formulation is preferably used for the oral immunisation of the fish against viral haemorrhagic septicaemia (VHS) and/or infectious haematopoietic necrosis (IHN). When the preparation disintegrates in the stomach, the basic component is released, causing a local, temporary neutralisation of the gastric acid and thus protecting the acid-sensitive antigens during their passage through the stomach. The preparation is preferably produced by cold extrusion, preventing a deactivation of the antigens.
L'invention concerne une préparation pharmaceutique à usage oral, permettant de traiter des poissons, en particulier de vacciner les salmonidés. La préparation comprend (1) au moins un agent actif pharmacologique, en particulier un agent de vaccination, (2) au moins un composant supplémentaire basique, et (3) au moins une porteuse formant une matrice, et pouvant être extrudée à froid, la formulation de la préparation étant créée, de manière à ce que celle-ci se décompose dans un environnement acide, en particulier dans l'estomac des poissons au moins partiellement, de préférence dans sa totalité. La nouvelle formulation convient à l'immunisation orale des poissons contre des septicémies hémorragiques virales et/ou la nécrose hématopoïétique infectieuse. Lors de sa décomposition dans l'estomac, le composant basique est libéré, et permet la neutralisation locale et temporaire de l'acide gastrique et permet la protection des antigènes sensibles à l'acidité, lors de leur passage dans l'estomac. La préparation est produite, de préférence, par extrusion à froid, une inactivation des antigènes étant alors évitée.
