The invention relates to an eye treatment device, having a radiation source, wherein the light emitted by the radiation source has a wavelength range such that it brings about a reaction within a treatment region of an eye, and is at least partially absorbed in at least one of the regions in front of the retina that are located in the direction behind the retina (9). The light emitted by the radiation source may have a wavelength range in which the treatment region is partially permeable. The treatment region may be the cornea (1). The reaction brought about by the light in the treatment region may be an ablation of tissue. The reaction brought about by the light in the treatment region may also be a laser-induced optical perforation of tissue, also referred to as photodisruption. The radiation source may be a laser source. The wavelength range of the light emitted by the radiation source is about 1600 nm to about 1700 nm, preferably about 1625 nm to about 1675 nm, most preferably about 1640 nm to about 1660 nm.
L'invention concerne un appareil de traitement des yeux doté d'une source de rayonnement. La lumière émise par la source de rayonnement présente une plage de longueurs d'onde telle qu'elle occasionne une réaction dans une zone de traitement d'un AEil et qu'elle est au moins partiellement absorbée devant la rétine, dans au moins l'une des zones situées derrière en direction de la rétine (9). La lumière émise par la source de rayonnement peut présenter une plage de longueurs d'ondes dans laquelle la zone de traitement est partiellement perméable. La zone de traitement peut être la cornée (1). La réaction occasionnée par la lumière dans la zone de traitement peut être une ablation de tissu. La réaction occasionnée par la lumière dans la zone de traitement peut également être une rupture optique induite par laser d'un tissu, également qualifiée de photodisruption. La source de rayonnement peut être une source laser. La plage de longueurs d'ondes de la lumière émise par la source de rayonnement va d'environ 1600 nm à environ 1700 nm, de préférence d'environ 1625 nm à environ 1675 nm, et mieux encore d'environ 1640 nm à environ 1660 nm.
