A method for producing a paper or plastic container of heat insulation, heat preservation and scald prevention and the same container obtained thereby are disclosed. The method includes the following steps: agitating and mixing (3) a liquid binder (1) with a heat-resistant foamed particle powder (2) to prepare a composite coating (4); applying the composite coating (4) onto a given area of a continuous paper strip (P), a plastics or a plastic container (7,7~), and heating it, and then making the heated continuous paper strip (P) or the plastics into a required shaped container according to the prior art. The properties of the inventive container include heat insulation, heat preservation and scald prevention and so on, so when the container contains a substance of higher temperature, a user~s hand would not be scalded even if the user holds the container. The inventive method is applicable to prepare various paper or plastic containers, such as cups, bowls, dishes, fast food boxes and various packing containers. The obtained containers are of heat insulation, heat preservation and scald prevention.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un récipient en papier ou en plastique à propriétés d'isolation thermique, de conservation de chaleur et de protection contre les brûlures. Ledit procédé consiste: à agiter et mélanger (3) un liant liquide avec une poudre (2) à particules de mousse thermorésistantes permettant de préparer un revêtement composite (4); à appliquer ce revêtement composite (4) sur une zone donnée de bande de papier (P) continue d'un récipient (7, 7') en plastique ou en papier et à le chauffer; et à former la bande de papier (P) continue chauffée en un récipient de forme requise dans l'état de la technique. Le récipient de l'invention présente les propriétés suivantes: isolation thermique, conservation de chaleur et protection contre les brûlures, etc., de sorte que lorsque ledit récipient contient une substance à température élevée, la main d'un utilisateur ne peut être brûlée même si celui-ci tient le récipient. On utilise le procédé de l'invention pour préparer divers récipients en papier ou en plastique, tels que tasses, bols, assiettes, boîtes de restaurant-minute et divers récipients d'emballage. Les récipients obtenus sont thermo-isolés, conservent la chaleur et protègent contre les brûlures.
