The present invention relates to a drive mechanism for vertical opening and closing of coke oven doors of horizontal coke oven chambers. The doors are lifted via a chain or a rope into the opened position. The rope or the chain is linked via deflector rollers to an actuating lever. The rope or chain can be pulled horizontally so that the doors are pulled-up vertically via the deflector rollers. The actuating lever is linked to a pull eye which upon actuation of the actuating lever can engage into the gripping cam of a gripping car. The gripping car is driven by a rope tackle and upon actuation of the actuating lever it pulls the door into the opened position. The door can be arrested via a suitable mechanism in its opened position.
La présente invention concerne un mécanisme d'entraînement destiné à l'ouverture et à la fermeture en sens vertical de portes d'emplacement fixe de chambres horizontales de fours à coke. Les portes sont levées par une chaîne ou un câble pour passer en position d'ouverture. Le câble ou la chaîne est relié(e) à un levier d'actionnement par des poulies de renvoi. Le câble ou la chaîne peut être tiré(e) horizontalement de sorte que les portes sont tirées verticalement vers le haut via des poulies de renvoi. Le levier d'actionnement est relié à un anneau de traction qui peut venir en prise dans l'ergot de préhension d'un chariot de préhension après actionnement du levier d'actionnement. Le chariot de préhension est entraîné par une opération de traction sur le câble et tire sur la porte pour lui faire prendre sa position d'ouverture après actionnement du levier d'actionnement. La porte peut être bloquée en position d'ouverture par un mécanisme approprié.
