The invention relates to a pressure bandage (1) for hip joint prosthesis operated patients (2) and including a portion (4) which may be enclosed around the hips (3) of said patient. The enclosing member is formed by a cloth-shaped inelastic girdle (4) which exhibits Velcro® closing means (6, 7) at their connectable end parts (10, 11), fumed away from each other (8, 9) and towards each other. A pressure bladder (12) to which means (13, 14) are connected for pressure control and fluid level filling, respectively, may be received inside said enclosing and connected girdle (4), wherein filling and emptying, respectively, of said pressure bladder (12) enables producing the desired pressure upon the operated hip.
L'invention concerne un bandage compressif (1) destiné à des patients (2) opérés pour placer une prothèse de l'articulation de la hanche, ce bandage comprenant une partie (4) pouvant entourer les hanches (3) du patient. L'élément entourant les hanches est constitué d'une bande non élastique en tissu (4) qui comporte des moyens de fermeture de type Velcro3 (6, 7) au niveau de ses parties terminales raccordables (10, 11), éloignées l'une de l'autre (8, 9) et tournées l'une vers l'autre. Une vessie sous pression (12), à laquelle sont raccordés respectivement des moyens de régulation de pression et de remise à niveau du fluide, peut être logée dans la bande (4) raccordée, entourant les hanches. Le remplissage et la vidange de la vessie sous-pression (12) permet d'obtenir la pression désirée sur la hanche opérée.
