The present invention relates to an apparatus for recovering empty containers, in particular plastic bottles and metal cans, in which the empty containers are guided by a conveying means from a collecting chamber (bulk input) past detectors belonging to a detection unit, and discharging means for removing the empty containers from the conveying means are arranged downstream of the detection unit, in the conveying direction. The aim of the invention is to provide such an apparatus with an increased throughput. This aim is solved according to the invention in that the conveying means is configured as an inclined conveyor (3) which removes the empty containers (10) in a parallel manner on carriers (8, 28) from the collecting space (11) and feeds them to the detectors (15, 32, 33) in a uniformly spaced arrangement. The apparatus also has discharging means (16, 17) which extend transversely in at least two rows, on different levels, over the entire width of the inclined conveyor (3). A further feature of the invention is that discharging means (16, 17) are assigned conveyer belts (18, 19) for advancing the discharged empty containers (10).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de reprise des vides, en particulier de bouteilles en plastique et de boîtes métal, dispositif dans lequel un organe de transport prend les vides d'un réceptacle de collecte (introduction en vrac) et les fait passer devant des détecteurs intégrés à une unité de reconnaissance derrière laquelle se trouve, dans le sens de progression de l'organe de transport, un organe d'évacuation servant à enlever de l'organe de transport les vides. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un tel dispositif capable d'un rendement accru. À cet effet, l'invention propose un organe de transport qui est réalisé sous forme d'une chaîne transporteuse à forte pente (3), et qui met en uvre des poussoirs (8, 28) pour extraire en parallèle du réceptacle de collecte (11) les vides (10) et les faire passer devant les détecteurs (15, 32, 33) dans l'ordre où ils se présentent. Le dispositif comporte en outre des organes d'évacuation (16, 17) qui sont disposés en au moins deux rangées, à différentes hauteurs, en oblique, sur toute la largeur de la chaîne transporteuse à forte pente (3). L'invention se distingue en outre en ce que les organes d'évacuation (16, 17) sont pourvus de bandes transporteuses (18, 19) prenant en charge la suite de l'évacuation des vides (10) qui ont été jetés.
