The present invention relates to a method for diagnosis of cancer and for monitoring the progression of cancer and/or the therapeutic efficacy of an anti-cancer treatment in a sample of a subject by detecting oncogenic proteins in microvesicles, and to the use of an agent blocking exchange of microvesicles for treating cancer.
La présente invention porte sur un procédé de diagnostic d'un cancer et de surveillance de la progression d'un cancer et/ou de l'efficacité thérapeutique d'un traitement anti-cancer dans un échantillon prélevé sur un sujet. Le procédé consiste à détecter de protéines oncogènes dans des microvésicules; et à utiliser un agent bloquant l'échange de microvésicules pour traiter le cancer.
