The invention relates to a method for producing adsorbates suitable for human or animal nutrition, or for cosmetic applications. According to said method, a component (A) that is to be adsorbed is applied to a supporting material (C) using at least one stabilising agent (B), whereby the average particle size of the supporting material (C) is at least 80 µm, with the proviso that if the component (A) to be adsorbed is vitamin E, the mixture of (A) and (B) has an HLB value of less than 7 and also with the proviso that if the component (A) to be adsorbed is a fat-soluble vitamin and the stabilising agent (B) is a glyceride, the solidification point of the mixture of (A) and (B) is less than or equal to 80 ~C. The invention also relates to the use of the adsorbates obtained in such a manner.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire des adsorbats appropriés pour l'alimentation humaine ou animale ainsi que pour des applications cosmétiques. Selon ce procédé, on applique un composant à adsorber (A) sur un support (C) au moyen d'au moins un stabilisant (B), la taille moyenne des particules du support (C) s'élevant à au moins 80 Nm à condition que, si le composant à adsorber (A) est de la vitamine E, le mélange constitué de (A) et de (B) présente un rapport hydrophile-lipophile inférieur à 7 et à condition que, si le composant à adsorber (A) est une vitamine soluble dans l'huile, et le stabilisant (B) est une glycéride, le point de solidification de (A) et de (B) est inférieur ou égal à 80 ·C. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation des adsorbats ainsi obtenus.
