A device and a method are intended for use in a spectroscopic analysis, especially performed with the aid of Raman spectroscopy, of a solid sample, such as a tablet (1). By means of a sample holder (7), the sample (1) is positioned in relation to an excitation beam which, during implementation of the analysis, falls upon a reception surface of the sample (1), the impingement area (S) being smaller than the reception surface of the sample (1). The sample holder (7) is rotated about an axis of rotation (A) parallel to the excitation beam, such that the point of impingement (S) of the excitation beam describes an annular scanning trace (20) on the reception surface of the sample (1). During implementation of the analysis, the radius of the annular scanning trace (20) is varied to enable a fairly large volume of the sample to be analysed.
Procédé et dispositif destinés à être utilisés en analyse spectroscopique, notamment dans le cadre d'une spectroscopie de Raman d'un échantillon solide, tel qu'un comprimé (1). Au moyen d'un porte-échantillon (7), l'échantillon (1) est positionné par rapport à un faisceau d'excitation qui, pendant l'accomplissement de l'analyse, tombe sur une surface de réception de l'échantillon (1), la surface d'incidence (S) étant plus faible que la surface de réception de l'échantillon (1). Le porte-échantillon (7) tourne selon un axe de rotation (A) parallèle au faisceau d'excitation, de telle sorte que le point d'incidence (S) du faisceau d'excitation décrit une trace de balayage de forme annulaire (20) sur la surface réceptrice de l'échantillon (1). Au cours de l'analyse, le rayon de la trace de balayage annulaire (20) subit des modifications pour permettre l'analyse d'un volume assez important de l'échantillon.
