A photosensitive composition comprising, (A) an oligomer or polymer containing at least one carboxylic acid group in the molecule and having a molecular weight of 200'ooo or less; (B) at least one photoinitiator compound of formula (I), R1, is lenear or banched C1-C12alkyl; R2 is linear or branched C1- C4alkyl; R3 and R4 independently of one another are linear or branched C1- C8alkyl; and (C) a monomeric, oligoneric or polymeric compound having at least one olefinic double bond, is especially suitable for preparting photoresists, in particular color filters.

La présente invention concerne une composition de résine photosensible qui comprend: (A) un oligomère ou un polymère contenant au moins un groupe acide carboxylique dans la molécule et possédant un poids moléculaire de 200.000 ou moins, (B) au moins un composé photo-initiateur représenté par la formule I, dans laquelle R¿1? est un alkyle en C¿1?-C¿12? linéaire ou ramifié, R¿2? est un alkyle en C¿1?-C¿4? linéaire ou ramifié, R¿3? et R¿4? sont indépendamment l'un de l'autre alkyle en C¿1?-C¿8? linéaire ou ramifié, et (C) un composé monomère, oligomère ou polymère possédant au moins une double liaison oléfinique. Cette composition convient particulièrement pour la préparation de photorésines, en particulier des filtres de couleur.
