The invention relates to a distributor (Sp) for pasty to flowable materials (M), whereby the filing volume thereof is maintained by a dimensionally stable container (1) which consists at least in half of a bag (10). Said distributor is turned upside down when contents are emptied at the mouthpiece side at the container half (2). In order to provide an easy-to construct distributor which is reliably functional, the bag (10) is turned upside down as a result of a low pressure when emptying produced by a mouthpiece pump (P), i.e. in the direction of a free-space located opposite the pump (P).
