This invention relates to novel liquid toluene diisocyanate/ polyether/polymethylene poly(phenylisocyanate) prepolymers having an NCO content of from about 2 to 20%, a viscosity or about 10,000 mPa.s or less at 25°C, and which contains about 1.0% or less of monomeric TDI. This invention also relates to a process for the preparation of these liquid toluene diisocyanate/polyether/polymethylene poly(phenylisocyanate) prepolymers.

Cette invention concerne de nouveaux prépolymères liquides de toluène diisocyanate/polyéther/polyméthylène poly(phénylisocyanate ) ayant une teneur en NCO entre environ 2 et 20 %, une viscosité d'environ 10 000 mPa.s ou moins à 25.degrés.C, et qui contient environ 1,0 % ou moins de monomères TDI. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de ces prépolymères liquides de toluène diisocyanate/polyéther/polyméthylène poly(phénylisocyanate).
