Method of manufacturing a package of the type formed from a single-layer or multilayer material sheet, where said package has an easy to open feature, where the sheet is shaped into the finished package having an inner side suitable to be in contact with the matter to be packaged and an outer side, comprising the following method steps: forming the film into a tube, by connecting the two side edges of the sheet longitudinally; where the connection creates a side flap (10) on the outside of the tube or where the tube is passed over a former having a projecting fin, whereby a side flap is formed on the outside of the tube; where cross seals (3, 4) are provided across the tube, thereby delimiting each package between two cross seals; that perforation lines (25) are established in said cross seals, for detaching/ separating two adjacent packages; that a perforation (7) of one material layer is established, parallel to and adjacent the side flap, extending from the perforation line towards or into the cross seal.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un emballage du type formé à partir d'une feuille de matériau simple couche ou multicouche, ledit emballage présentant une caractéristique d'ouverture facile, la feuille étant formée en emballage fini présentant un côté intérieur conçu pour être en contact avec la matière à emballer et un côté extérieur. Le procédé impliquant le façonnage du film en un tube, en connectant les deux bords latéraux de la feuille longitudinalement, la connexion créant un rabat latéral (10) sur l'extérieur du tube ou le tube passant sur une machine de façonnage présentant une ailette en saillie, suite à quoi un rabat latéral est formé sur l'extérieur du tube ; des joints transversaux (3, 4) étant prévus sur le tube, délimitant ainsi chaque emballage entre deux joints transversaux ; des lignes de perforation (25) sont réalisées dans lesdits joints transversaux pour détacher/séparer deux emballages adjacents ; une perforation (7) d'une couche de matériau est réalisée parallèlement à et de façon adjacente au rabat latéral, en s'étendant depuis la ligne de perforation vers ou dans ledit joint transversal.
