A purifying agent formed as an aggregate of ozone-containing bubbles, each bubble having membrane made of ozone dissolved in water and enclosing a mixture of gas containing ozone. The triple action purifying agent may be efficiently used with for deodorization/sterilization of waste, since it provides blocking the diffusion paths of waste based on the specific gravity of the bubbles, sterilization of waste performed by releasing ozone water from said membrane to permeate the waste during the defoaming of the bubbles, and deodorization by oxidative reaction continuing after all bubbles have disappeared. An apparatus and a method for producing the purifying agent are also presented.
L'invention concerne un agent purifiant capable d'améliorer des résultats de purification. Une solution (14) d'un surfactant est tenue dans un conteneur (12) d'un appareil (10) de formation d'agent purifiant, et un gaz renfermant de l'ozone est chargé à l'intérieur du conteneur pour former un agent purifiant (34), c'est-à-dire un groupe de bulles (32) renfermant de l'ozone, qui comporte un film contenant de l'ozone dissous et un gaz renfermant de l'ozone inclus dans le film. L'agent permet d'éliminer des odeurs en remplissant jusqu'en haut un espace hermétiquement fermé, et peut donner des résultats de purification élevés.
