This invention provides a process for preparing compounds of formula (1) wherein: X is phenyl optionally substituted with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, alkyl of 1-6 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1-6 carbon atoms, hydroxy, trifluoromethyl, cyano, nitro, carboxy, carboalkoxy of 2-7 carbon atoms, carboalkyl of 2-7 carbon atoms, amino, and alkanoylamino of 1-6 carbon atoms; R and R1 are each, independently, hydrogen, halogen, alkyl of 1-6 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1-6 carbon atoms, hydroxy, or trifluoromethyl; R2 is hydrogen, alkyl of 1-6 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1-6 carbon atoms, hydroxy, trifluoromethyl; Y is (2) or (3); R3 is independently hydrogen, alkyl of 1-6 carbon atoms, carboxy, carboalkoxy of 1-6 carbon atoms, phenyl, or carboalkyl of 2-7 carbon atoms; n = 2-4; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, with the proviso that each R3 of Y may be the same or different.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour préparer des composés correspondant à la formule (1) dans laquelle: X est phényle éventuellement substitué avec un ou plusieurs substituants sélectionnés dans un groupe constitué d'halogène, d'alkyle à 1-6 atomes de carbone, d'alcoxy à 1-6 atomes de carbone, d'hydroxy, de trifluorométhyle, de cyano, de nitro, de carboxy, de carboalcoxy à 2-7 atomes de carbone, d'amino et d'alkylamino à 1-6 atomes de carbone; R et R?1¿ sont chacun indépendamment hydrogène, halogène, alkyle à 1-6 atomes de carbone, alcoxy à 1-6 atomes de carbone, hydroxy ou trifluorométhyle; R?2¿ est hydrogène, alkyle à 1-6 atomes de carbone, alcoxy à 1-6 atomes de carbone, hydroxy ou trifluorométhyle; Y est (2) ou (3); R?3¿ est indépendamment hydrogène, alkyle à 1-6 atomes de carbone, carboxy, carboalcoxy à 1-6 atomes de carbone, phényle ou carboalkyle à 2-7 atomes de carbone; n = 2-4; ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ces composés, chacun des R?3¿ et Y pouvant être identiques ou différents.
