ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A shoe sole has a plurality of studs, and a plurality of stud seats for attachment of the studs to the shoe sole. Each of the studs has a first screw member and each of the stud seats has a second screw member. The first and second screw members are interengaged with each other. An elastic disc is clamped between each of the stud seats and each of the studs.
