The present invention is directed to a process for forming a plurality of multi-layered filaments from multiple thermoplastic synthetic polymers and an apparatus containing a melt spinning beam comprising an orthogonal beam having disposed within said beam multiple coat hangar distribution manifolds (6,8), separate filters connected downstream of each coat hanger distribution manifold, a spinneret connected downstream of each coat hanger distribution manifold (10,12), a spinneret (15) connected downstream of said filters with separate polymer flow passages (13,14) communicating with separate exit orifices for spinning of said multi-layered filaments.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de former une pluralité de filaments à plusieurs couches à partir de plusieurs polymères synthétiques thermoplastiques, ainsi qu'un appareil qui contient un faisceau de filage par fusion comprenant un faisceau orthogonal dans lequel sont placés plusieurs collecteurs de distribution portemanteaux (6,8), des filtres séparés reliés en aval de chaque collecteur de distribution portemanteau (10,12), une filière (15) reliée en aval de ces filtres avec des passages de flux de polymères séparés (13,14) communiquant avec des orifices de sortie séparés pour le filage de ces filaments à plusieurs couches.
