The invention concerns an "in vitro" method for determining the global genetic risk a subject has of developing a pathology associated with ageing. Said method is based on the combination of particular genetic risks of developing common pathologies associated with ageing. Said special genetic risks are determined from the results obtained from the simultaneous genotyping of predetermined genetic variations associated with said pathologies connected with ageing and, whose principal objective, is the use thereof in anti-ageing medicine.
La présente invention concerne un procédé "in vitro" permettant de déterminer le risque génétique global présenté par un sujet de développer une pathologie associée au vieillissement. Ce procédé se base sur la combinaison de risques génétiques particuliers de développer des pathologies communes associées au vieillissement. Ces risques génétiques particuliers sont déterminés à partir des résultats issus du génotypage simultané de variations génétiques définies qui sont associées auxdites pathologies associées au vieillissement, avec pour principal objectif leur utilisation en médecine anti-âge.
