The invention relates to a prosthesis for the partial replacement of a vertebral body, comprising a bridging body that can be inserted into a bone cavity and at least one articulation. The bridging body comprises anchor projections (15), which can be displaced between a retracted implantation position and a protruding anchor position.

L'invention concerne une prothèse servant à remplacer partiellement un corps vertébral. Cette prothèse comprend un corps de pontage destiné à être placé dans une cavité osseuse, ainsi qu'au moins une articulation.
