It is intended to provide a process advantageous in industrially producing an RF amide peptide on a mass scale. Namely, a process for producing an RF amide peptide characterized in that a fused protein or peptide, wherein an RF amide peptide is linked to the N-end of a protein or a peptide having cysteine at the N-end, is subjected to a reaction of cleaving the peptide bond in the amino acid side of the cysteine residue.
L'invention concerne un procédé avantageux destiné à la production industrielle d'un peptide RF amide à grande échelle. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un procédé de production d'un peptide RF amide, caractérisé en ce qu'une protéine ou un peptide de fusion est soumis à une réaction de clivage de la liaison peptidique du côté de l'acide aminé du résidu de cystéine, un peptide RF amide étant au départ relié à l'extrémité N d'une protéine ou d'un peptide comprenant de la cystéine sur son extrémité N.
