Apparatus (10) and method for separating contaminating particles from an incoherent mass of woody material. The apparatus (10) comprises a separation chamber (11) into which the incoherent mass is introduced, first blowers (30) associated with the separation chamber (11), to deliver a first flow of air in a direction substantially transverse to the direction of fall of the incoherent mass, and to divert the direction of fall of materials with at least a first specific weight from materials with a second specific weight, and dividing members (12, 12a) disposed inside the separation chamber (11), in order to define different passage channels (13). The apparatus (10) comprises aspirators (16) associated with the first blowers (30), to perform a further separation on the materials with first specific weight. The apparatus (10) comprises second blowers (31, 32) disposed so as to perform a third separation on a first part of the materials already separated by the first blowers (30).
L'invention concerne un appareil (10) et procédé destinés à séparer des particules contaminantes d'une masse incohérente de matériau en bois. L'appareil (10) comprend une chambre de séparation (11) dans laquelle la masse incohérente est introduite, des premières soufflantes (30) associées à la chambre de séparation (11), afin de délivrer un premier flux d'air dans une direction sensiblement transversale à la direction de chute de la masse incohérente, et de dévier la direction de chute de matériaux présentant au moins un premier poids spécifique de celle de matériaux présentant un second poids spécifique, et des éléments de séparation (12, 12a) agencés à l'intérieur de la chambre de séparation (11), afin de définir différents canaux de passage (13). L'appareil (10) comprend des aspirateurs (16) associés aux premières soufflantes (30), afin de réaliser une séparation supplémentaire sur les matériaux présentant un premier poids spécifique. L'appareil (10) comprend des secondes soufflantes (31, 32) agencées de manière à réaliser une troisième séparation sur une première partie des matériaux déjà séparée par les premières soufflantes.
