The bone screw has a head (1), a shank (2), a central longitudinal axis (3), a screw tip (4), a jacket surface (5), an external thread (6), and a total length (L), with a bore (7) being provided which is coaxial with the longitudinal axis (3) and open towards the head (1) and which is connected to the jacket surface (5) via at least one channel (8) extending transversely to the longitudinal axis (3) and opens towards the outside in the form of at least one perforation (9) through the jacket surface (5). The bore (7) is closed towards the screw tip (4). The bone screw has the advantage that bone cement can be introduced into the surrounding bone in such a way that an artificial, coaxial bed of cement forms for the thread of the bone screw, which bed of cement, however, adjoins the screw only along the sides, with the result that the screw can be screwed further forwards in the axial direction even after the cement has hardened.

Vis à os qui comporte une tête (1), une tige (2), un axe central longitudinal (3), une pointe (4), une surface latérale (5), un filetage externe (6) et une longueur totale (L), ainsi qu'un trou (7) coaxial par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (3) et ouvert au niveau de la tête (1). Ledit trou est relié à la surface latérale (5) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un canal (8) transversal par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (3) et débouche sur l'extérieur sous forme d'au moins une perforation (9) pratiquée dans la surface latérale (5). Le trou (7) est fermé en direction de la pointe (4) de vis. La vis à os selon la présente invention donne la possibilité d'introduire du ciment à os dans l'os adjacent de manière telle qu'un lit de ciment artificiel coaxial se forme pour le filetage de la vis à os, ledit lit n'étant que latéralement adjacent à la vis si bien que cette dernière peut encore être vissée en vue d'une introduction axiale plus poussée, même après le durcissement achevé du ciment.
