[PROBLEMS] To provide a stabilized liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising 1-(2-methoxyethyl)-2-methyl-4,9-dioxo-3-(pyrazin-2-ylmethyl)-4,9-dihydro-1H-naphtho[2,3-d]imidazol-3-ium or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in which the degradation of the compound over time can be prevented when the pharmaceutical composition is applied to clinical practice, and also provide a method for stabilizing the liquid pharmaceutical composition. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A stabilized liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising 1-(2-methoxyethyl)-2-methyl-4,9-dioxo-3-(pyrazin-2-ylmethyl)-4,9-dihydro-1H-naphtho[2,3-d]imidazol-3-ium or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, characterized by further containing at least one member selected from the group consisting of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate and a derivative thereof, vitamin C, butyl hydroxyanisole, vitamin E, vitamin P, gallic acid, propyl gallate, alpha-thioglycerin and cysteine hydrochloride; a lyophilized product of the pharmaceutical composition; and a method for stabilizing the pharmaceutical composition.

Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de la présente invention consiste à fournir une composition pharmaceutique liquide stabilisée comprenant du 1-(2-méthoxyéthyle)-2-méthyle-4,9-dioxo-3-(pyrazine-2-ylméthyle)-4,9-dihydro-1H-naphtho[2,3-d]imidazole-3-ium ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, la dégradation du composé au fil du temps pouvant être empêchée lorsque la composition pharmaceutique est appliquée à une pratique clinique. Le problème consiste également à fournir un procédé de stabilisation de la composition pharmaceutique liquide. La solution proposée est une composition pharmaceutique liquide stabilisée comprenant du 1-(2-méthoxyéthyle)-2-méthyl-4,9-dioxo-3-(pyrazine-2-ylméthyle)-4,9-dihydro-1H-naphtho[2,3-d]imidazole-3-ium ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, la composition ou le sel étant caractérisé(e) en ce qu'il ou elle contient en outre au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe comprenant le carbazochrome sulfonate de sodium et un dérivé de celui-ci, la vitamine C, l'hydroxyanisole butylé, la vitamine E, la vitamine P, l'acide gallique, le gallate de propyle, l'alpha-thioglycérine et le chlorhydrate de cystéine. La solution proposée consiste également à fournir un produit lyophilisé de la composition pharmaceutique, et un procédé destiné à stabiliser la composition pharmaceutique.
