This invention relates to improvements in devices for affixing an information label which displays information generally in the form of, but not limited to, a bar code, pictorial representation, text and/or numerical values. Further, this invention comprises a tubular device, to which the information label is affixed, in combination with a tubular cover for protecting the information displayed, which, in the preferred embodiment, is transparent having a diameter greater than that of the tubular device so that the information displayed by the tubular device can be viewed therethrough.
