The subject matter of the invention is a system for speech and/or data communication between a mobile telephone (1) on board an aircraft and terminals (10) in communication networks outside the aircraft, characterized in that the system has: a) on board the aircraft i) a wire-free communication network (2) for communication with the mobile telephone (1), ii) a communication server (3), to which telephone members which can be dialled from outside the aircraft are allocated, iii) transmitting/receiving devices (4) for communication with a ground communication network; b) an allocation server (8), which can be arranged on board the aircraft or in a stationary form and is designed to allocate a telephone number of the communication server (3) which can be dialled from outside the aircraft to a mobile telephone number; c) in the mobile telephone (1), an application having the following features: i) the application allows the user of the mobile telephone (1) to select the aircraft and/or flight in which/on which he wishes to use the mobile telephone (1), ii) the application is designed to notify the allocation server (8) of this selection, iii) it is designed to receive a telephone number of the communication server (3), which telephone number can be dialled from outside the aircraft and is allocated by the allocation server (8), iv) it is designed to activate call diversion from the mobile telephone number to the telephone number which can be dialled from outside the aircraft and is allocated. to the allocation server (8), for the communication server (3), as soon as the mobile telephone (1) on board the aircraft is located in the area of the wire-free communication network (2) of this aircraft for communication with the mobile telephone (1). The subject matter of the invention also includes a corresponding method.
La présente invention concerne un système de communication vocale et/ou de données entre un téléphone mobile (1) à bord d'un avion et un terminal (10) d'un réseau de communication à l'extérieur de l'avion, ce système de communication étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte a) à bord de l'avion i) un réseau de communication sans fil (2) destiné aux communications avec le téléphone mobile (1), ii) un serveur de communication (3) auquel sont affectés des numéros de téléphone sélectionnables depuis l'extérieur de l'avion, iii) des équipements d'émission et réception (4) servant aux communications avec un réseau de communication au sol; b) un serveur d'affectation (8), qui peut être placé à bord de l'avion, ou en situation stationnaire, et qui est configuré de façon à affecter à un numéro de téléphone mobile l'un des numéros de téléphone du serveur de communications (3) sélectionnables depuis l'extérieur de l'avion; et c) dans le téléphone mobile (1) une application dont les caractéristiques sont: i) qu'elle permet à l'utilisateur du téléphone mobile (1) de sélectionner l'avion et/ou le vol sur lequel il souhaite utiliser le téléphone mobile, ii) qu'elle est configurée de façon à informer le serveur d'affectation (8) au sujet de cette sélection, iii) qu'elle est configurée pour prendre en compte le numéro de téléphone du serveur de communications (3) qui est sélectionnable depuis l'extérieur de l'avion et qui a été affecté par le serveur d'affectation (8), et iv) qu'elle est configurée de façon à activer un renvoi d'appels du numéro de téléphone mobile vers le numéro de téléphone du serveur de communications (3) qui est sélectionnable depuis l'extérieur de l'avion et qui a été affecté par le serveur d'affectation (8), dans la mesure où le téléphone mobile (1) à bord de l'avion se trouve dans la zone de couverture du réseau de communication sans fil (2) de cet avion de façon à communiquer avec le téléphone mobile (1).
