It is intended to provide a method of inducing the differentiation and/or promoting the proliferation of regulatory T cells; a method of inhibiting vessel flow-mediated endothelial cell migration of immune cells; immunosuppression methods using these methods; and a medicinal composition to be used in these methods. Namely, a method of inducing the differentiation and/or promoting the proliferation of regulatory T cells by treating CD52- expressing T cells with a CD52 agonist containing anti-CD52 antibody, a method of inhibiting vessel flow-mediated endothelial cell migration of immune cells, and immunosuppression methods using these methods.

L'invention concerne également une méthode d'inhibition de la migration cellulaire endothéliale médiée par l'écoulement vasculaire de cellules immunitaires; des méthodes d'immunosuppression faisant appel à ces méthodes; et une composition médicinale à utiliser dans ces méthodes. L'invention concerne une méthode d'induction de la différenciation et/ou de la facilitation de la prolifération de cellules T régulatrices, par le traitement de cellules T d'expression CD52 par un agoniste de CD52 contenant un anticorps anti-CD52. L'invention concerne une méthode d'inhibition de la migration cellulaire endothéliale médiée par l'écoulement vasculaire de cellules immunitaires, et des méthodes d'immunosuppression faisant appel aux méthodes susmentionnées.
