A dispenser of liquid from an inverted 4litre semi-rigid container. The liquid dispensing apparatus is comprised of a lower base and an upper base, where the lower base provides a stable support where the inner portion of the upper base is concave and contoured to fit the neck and handle region of an inverted 4 litre liquid container, where the handle of an inverted 4 litre liquid container snugly fits a designated space in the inner portion of the upper base prohibiting movement of the container should it be jarred, a cone shaped flexible coupling that extends upwardly from the base portion where it is inserted into the neck of the open 4 liter liquid container providing a liquid tight seal as well as secures the container to the base and provides a main port and several minor ports to discharge all the liquid to an opening where a spigot can be attached.
