The invention relates to a method for making a composite insulator with a protection coating made of a polymer material containing an antiozonant and an antioxidant, that comprises the step of incorporating said antiozonant at a final mass concentration of between 0.005 % and 1% and said antioxidant at a final mass concentration of between 0.005 % and 1%, wherein said antiozonant is selected from the family of phenylenediamines and said antioxidant is selected from the family of multifunctional phenolic antioxidants.
Un procédé de fabrication d'un isolateur composite avec un revêtement protecteur réalisé en un matériau polymère incorporant un antiozonant et un antioxydant comprend l'étape consistant à incorporer ledit antiozonant à une concentration massique finale comprise entre 0,005 % à 1% et ledit antioxydant à une concentration massique finale comprise entre 0,005 % à 1%, ledit antiozonant étant choisi dans la famille des phénylènediamines et ledit antioxydant étant choisi dans la famille des antioxydants phénoliques multifonctionnels.
