A device (1) for protecting against lesions, mainly bone lesions and especially fracture of the neck of the femur comprising shell means (2), a fastening means and an adhesive means (4). The shell means (2) have a concave and a convex side. The adhesive means (2) comprises a skin-friendly adhesive (18) suitable for long-term contact with the skin. Near the peripheral zone (9) of the shell means (2) is on the concave side permanent fixed the above mentioned fastening means, that is fixed on the adhesive means (4) inside the periphery (9) of the shell means (2). The fastening of the adhesive means (4) to the coupling part (20) of the fastening means is done by a non-permanent attachment.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif (1) protégeant contre les lésions, principalement les lésions osseuses, et plus particulièrement la fracture du col du fémur. Ce dispositif se compose essentiellement d'une coque (2), d'un organe de fixation, et d'un élément adhésif (4). La coque (2) présente une face concave et une face convexe. L'élément adhésif (2) comporte de l'adhésif dermatologique (18) conçu pour un contact prolongé avec la peau. Au voisinage de la zone périphérique (9) de la coque (2) le dispositif de fixation mentionné se fixe à demeure par sa face concave. En effet, il tient grâce à l'élément adhésif placé à l'intérieur de la périphérie (9) de la coque (2). La tenue de l'élément adhésif (40) sur la garniture de couplage (20) du dispositif de fixation résulte d'une fixation non permanente.
