ABSTRACT The present invention provides a polyacetal resin composition capable of providing a molding having a remarkably lowered surface gloss while maintaining mechanical properties and moldability inherent in polyacetal, and comprising: (A) 100 parts by weight of a polyacetal resin and, incorporated therein, (B) 1 to 50 parts by weight of a polyalkylene terephthalate copolymer having a melt flow temperature of 210°C or below and (C) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of an isocyanate or isothiocyanate compound, or a modification thereof.
