An optical analyzer with a configuration particularly suitable for use with planar liquid sample flow cells is provided comprising a polarized light source and at least two large angle scattered light photodetectors positioned respectively at acute, and right or oblique angles to the incident light beams. Differences in intensities of light measured at the two photodetectors are used to quantify components of the sample.
L'invention concerne un analyseur optique dont la configuration est particulièrement adaptée à une utilisation avec des cuves à circulation planes (1) pour échantillon liquide, comprenant une source de lumière polarisée (10) et au moins deux photodétecteurs de diffusion de lumière à grand angle (20, 30) respectivement positionnés sur des angles aigu, droit ou oblique par rapport aux faisceaux lumineux incidents. On utilise les différences d'intensité de lumière mesurées au niveau des deux photodétecteurs (20, 30) pour quantifier les composants de l'échantillon (1).
